- Laboratory Contract Requirements 1. Project Description: Fort Gillem FTG-10, Forest Park, GA, July, 2018 2. Completion Date: 31 August, 2018 3. Turnaround Time: 7 calendar days for aqueous samples, 21 calendar days for solid samples 4. Scope of Work a. Provide laboratory analyses of aqueous samples for the following services: i. 108 ea VOC (solid) via EPA 8260B ii. 33 ea VOC (aqueous) via EPA 8260B iii. 104 ea SVOC (solid) via EPA 8270C iv. 30 ea SVOC (aqueous) via EPA 8270C v. 104 ea TAL Metals (solid) via EPA 6020 vi. 30 ea TAL Metals (aqueous) via EPA 6020 (20 field filtered) vii. 104 ea Hexavalent Chromium (solid) via EPA 7199 viii. 104 ea Pesticides (solid) via EPA 8081A ix. 30 ea Pesticides (aqueous) via EPA 8081A x. 104 ea PCBs (solid) via EPA 8082 xi. 30 ea PCBs (aqueous) via EPA 8082 xii. 16 ea TCLP, all via EPA 1311/8260B/8270C/8081A/8082/8151A/6010B/7471 b. All analysis must be performed by a laboratory with DoD ELAP certification. c. Pre-printed bottle labels are acquired. Labels must be preprinted with all required label information except Sample ID, Sample Time and Sample Date. d. Reports shall follow Level 2 reporting requirements or equivalent, including a brief narrative, results, chain of custody documents, as well as basic batch QC results (i.e. MS/MSD, LCS, MB, etc.). e. EDDs shall be submitted in EPA Staged Electronic Data Deliverable (SEDD) format f. Container Requirements: Sample containers are required within 10 business days of receipt of the task order, or as specified by the Technical Manager. g. Seven sets of trip blanks are required and are included in the quantities listed in part a. h. Bottle Sets for Matrix Spike/Matrix Spike Duplicates will be provided by the laboratory and are not included in the quantities listed in part a. i. Bottle sets for each sample will be packed together (i.e. all bottles for a sample will be located in the same approved cooler). If space is available, multiple bottle sets may be placed in the same approved cooler, separated by cardboard or a similar divider. j. Bottles/Coolers will be shipped to the location provided by Jeff Schwindaman at 912-652-5099 or Michael Senktas at 912-306-0515. 5. Contractor shall verify State of Georgia NELAP certification ii. Contractor shall verify that EPA methods as indicated in Scope of Work will be followed iii. Contractor shall verify that Written Reports will meet Level 2 format or equivalent as defined above iv. Contractor shall verify that Electronic Data Deliverable will meet NEDEQ required formats v. Itemized pricing Contractor proposals which fail to include any of the above will be deemed nonresponsive and technically unacceptable. 1 Assume price of Terracore Kit is included in the unit cost of VOC (solid) analysis. 2 Assume 7 day TAT for all aqueous samples 3 Trip Blanks included in above quantities 4 MS/MSDs not included in above quantities aboratory Contract Requirements
