- Exhibit A, CDRLs and DIDs Combined IX-536 Attachment J-7, BAVR Instructions Attachment J-6, GFP Attachment Attachment J-5, Corporate Experience Data Sheet Attachment J-4, Contract Performance Data Sheet Attachment J-3, Request for Clarification Form Attachment J-2, Price Proposal Worksheet IX-536 Attachment J-1, Statement of Work IX-536 dated 9MAY2018 Solicitation for the maintenance, repair and preservation of the IX-536 Barge. INFORMATION FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS: The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) intends to award a stand-alone Firm Fixed Price contract to accomplish the maintenance, repair and preservation of the IX-536 Barge. IX-536 Vessel Characteristics: Length: 177 FT Width: 76 FT Age: 27 Years Hull Type: Steel Draft: 5 FT Full Displacement: 1680 L Tons Light Load: 1653 L Tons The Contractor's facility must possess the capability of accomodating one (1) IX-536 Barge with the dimensions as stated above. Coordinate with the Contracting Officer, via the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to deliver the vessel to the Contractor's facility. Dock, wash and clean the exterior surfaces of the vessel upon docking. Aft square tube stock removal. Install missing fender materials. Inspect zinc anodes. Pressure wash, inspect and preserve exterior surface of Hull. Blast and preserve Main Deck workshop and generator foundation. Vessel requires inspection for damage and deterioration (Hull, Maind Deck, tankd and voids, bitts, cleats, and chocks). Install missing Toe Board. Open, clean, inspect and preserve tanks. Install new access cover fasteners. Preserve access covers. Main Deck remnant removal. Test/repair Main Deck stanchions. Install threaded deck inserts. Weld existing brackets to Main Deck. Mount fuel hose reel. Forward deck house tower removal. Install new shore power connection. Accomplish dual bridge crane maintenance. Undock the vessel. Arrange and coordinate the delivery of the vessel back to the Government with the Contracting Officer via the COR. The precise Statement of Work (SOW) for the IX-536 Barge is included in this solicitation package as Attachment J-1. The Contractor will arrange for and transport the vessel from Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Keyport, WA to the Contractor's facility. Upon completion of all work, coordinate delivery of the vessel to the Government facility at NUWC in Keyport, WA. The Period of Performance is scheduled to be: 14 November 2018 to 6 February 2019. All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive award of Government contracts. Offerors are advised also that SAM representations and certifications can be completed electronically via the System for Award Management website at https://www.sam.gov.
