Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Announcement to set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) who can provide certified phlebotomy services for VA Palo Alto Health Care System. The NAICS code is 561320 with Small Business size of $27.5 million. The solicitation document, 36C26118Q0550, will be posted on/or about July 6, 2018. The requirement is for approximately 3 full-time equivalents (FTE) certified phlebotomists. The VA intends to issue a solicitation to result in an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the services. Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the solicitation and attachments from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov ) to submit quotes. All questions must be submitted by email to felicia.demita@va.gov. No telephone questions will be accepted. Please check the posting daily for updates.
