- Amendment 0002 is issued for questions and answers Amendment 0001 is issued to extend the closing date The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort to provide all labor, material, supervision and equipment to convert the former ARTCC Control Room (M-1) Mod 4 area into administrative office space to support Air Traffic operations. This project is available for full and open competition The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications,and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. Drawings are available upon request to the Contracting Officer. Due to security requirements, each contractor will be required to sign a Sensitive Security Form prior to receiving a copy of the drawings. The signed statement must be email to the Contracting Officer: Susan.Newcomb @faa.gov. Drawings will be accounted for. If the contractor is not selected for award, the drawings must be destroyed. The price range for this requirement is $500,000- $2.5 Million Payment and Performance Bonds are required. A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday June 5, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. offerors are strongly urged and expected to attend. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID., i.e. state driver ™s license.
