- Attachment 6 Price Schedule Attachment 5 SUS Trifold Attachment 4 Grounds Service Ticket Attachment 3 AT OPSEC Attachment 2 Grounds Drawing Attachment 1 Grounds Weed Control Form Solicitation and 1449 package Solicitation W911SA-18-Q-3096 will be issued on or about 2-July-2018. This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at USARC Facility WI064 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The performance period is 1-August-2018 (or subsequent date) to 31-July-2019 with four (4) one year option periods. A Site Visit is scheduled at the facility (4850 Silver Spring Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53218) on July 11, 2018 at 1000 CDT. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
