Description
THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL JULY 16, 2018. ALL OFFERS ARE DUE NO LATER THEN 1:00 PM JULY 16, 2018 (EST). Please note attached Specifications and evaluation have also been updated for this extension. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center located in Atlantic City International Airport, Atlantic City, NJ has a requirement for three (3) Multi-Gas Analyzers. Proposals are requested based upon the attached list of specifications. Competitive quotation must be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Quotation must include shipping if applicable. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred for preparing responses to this announcement. Therefore, any cost associated with a response to the RFO are solely at the interested vendor's expense. A tiered evaluation will be utilized in the evaluation of this procurement. Preference will be given to the following firms: a) Small business; b) Other than small business Once offers are received, the Contracting Officer will evaluate a single tier of offers according to the order of precedence specified above. If no award can be made at the first tier, the evaluation will proceed to the next lower tier until award can be made with ample competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334513 for Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables, with a size standard of 750 employees. All potential vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management(SAM)(https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/)for consideration of award. OFFERS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN JULY 16, 2018, 1:00 PM (Eastern Time). OFFERS RECEIVED AFTER THAT DATE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Offers must provide quote with pricing and proposed delivery schedule.
