Page 1 of 2 The Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida, desires to lease 99 parking spaces near the current VAMC, located at 1901 SW 13th Street, Gainesville, FL 32608, that will be expiring on February 16, 2019. The lease shall be a full-service lease for up to Ten (10) years, Five (5) firm, with Five (5) 1-year options. The space shall be available for occupancy by February 17, 2019. All offered properties shall be located within or fronting on the following boundaries to be considered: NORTH: West University Avenue SOUTH: SE Williston Road EAST: South Main Street WEST: SW 34th Street To be included in initial considerations interested offerors shall address ALL of the following when responding to this advertisement/announcement. Do not submit response in binder, spiral format, etc., submit on plain bond paper only with not more than ten (10) pages: 1. Proposed Property address with a map showing property within the delineated area. 2. Distance of offered property from the current OPC located on Jefferson Street. 3. Name, phone number and email address of Property Owner. Note, if responding and you are not the property owner, i.e. broker, provide written statement from property owner (owner letterhead) authorizing you to represent the owner. 4. Documentation evidencing that proposed property is outside the 100-year flood plain. 5. Documentation setting out the cost advantages to the Government for utilizing proposed space. 6. Number of Parking Spaces offered 7. Estimated Cost per parking space, to include all services, such as lighting, landscaping, and maintenance of the area. 8. Date space is available. 9. Other pertinent information. VA staff will conduct a market survey of properties meeting the above requirements.
