Description

The intent of this project is to provide all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision necessary to re-paint selected areas of garage levels B1 and B2 in accordance with specifications and drawings at the G. R. Ford Federal Building, Grand Rapids, MI. The total performance period for this requirement is sixty (60) calendar days. The estimated price range for this project is less than $25,000.00. The procurement is set-aside for small business. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238320 (Painting and Wall Covering Contractors), with a size standard of $15 million. This is a negotiated procurement. All responsible small business concerns may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on price and price only. The total evaluated price shall be the sum of the base and all options. A pre-proposal conference will be conducted before the proposal due date (actual date will be contained in the solicitation). The solicitation will be awailable for download through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at: www.fbo.gov. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation, and monitoring FBO for amendments and/or additional information.
