- Note to Offerors SOW and Bid Schedule THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPOSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE.THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED USING SIMPLIFIED ACQUSTITION PROCEDURES. This Solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-98, dated May 1, 2018. Submit written quotes on RFP# W912HP18R5001, CRRP Woodward MicroNet Equipment and Services. Brand Name or equal. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333611 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,500E. This requirement is 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order. Statement of Work **See Attachment# 2. Onsite visit is available upon request for the St. Stephens, SC address. Tentatively, scheduled for 14 June 2018, 1000. Please confirm participation by COB 12 June 2018. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: Offers should be submitted through the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov). Offerors are advised that is their responsibility to ensure all data is complete and accurately transmitted. The Government assumes no responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate transmissions. A failure to submit a complete proposal by the deadline as stated on the Solicitation provided may result in your quote being rated ineligible for award. Offers will only be considered from Vendors registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov). All quotes shall be submitted electronically in its entirety no later than 1:00pm EST on 15 June 2018. Offerors must comply with the instructions for the format and content of the quote. Quotes that do not comply with the instructions may be considered unacceptable and may render the Offeror ineligible for award. The Government also reserves the right to enter into any exchanges for the purpose of clarification.
