- Draft Exhibits Draft PWS MRQ Bus KCS THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUATATION OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SOLICITAION. This is to identify sources that can perform Chartered Bus Transportation Services at Kyogamisaki Communications Site. Firms who are interested should respond electronically to Mr Naotsugu Kono via email at naotsugu.kono.jp@us.af.mil by 15 June 2018 including the following: (1) name and address of firm; (2) a point of contact with name, title, phone, fax, and email; (3) cage code and DUNS number (if available). DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, and associated labor necessary to perform chartered bus services when, as and if scheduled by the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Caller at any time during any calendar day. The Contractor must be duly authorized to operate and perform services required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with the terms and conditions under this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices. The slash "/" means "and/or" throughout this contract. ANTICIPATED PERFORMANCE DATE: 1 Aug 18 thru 31 Jul 23 (Subject to change) AREA OF PERFORMANCE: The area of performance shall be Kyoto and throughout Mainland and Kyushu, to meet transportation requirements. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not considered a commitment by the government. The government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this sources sought. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps). It is the responsibility of the potential offers to monitor the site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Any information provided to the government is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the government.
