- This is a pre-solicitation announcement is to notify vendors/firms that the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Regional Office (WRO) anticipates release of a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation document number 140A1118Q0064 for replacement of an existing HVAC unit, Hopi Agency, Facilities Management Offices Building #59, Keams Canyon, Navajo County, AZ. This procurement is a 100% Buy Indian Act set-aside for both small and large Native American Indian/Native Alaskan economic entities. The anticipated period of performance of the resulting contract will be 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed effective date. Solicitation 140A1118Q0064 will be issued and be posted to www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net. Hardcopies of the RFQ solicitation document will not be available. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors with a $15.00 M size standard. All qualifying vendors must have a registered DUNS number and must have active registration in SAM.gov. All solicitation details pertaining to this requirement will be provided within the formal solicitation documents posted at a later date.
