Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy the agency s requirement. The VA Medical Center, 50 Irving Street, NW - Washington D.C. has a requirement for TriMark Foodservice Replacement Equipment. The requirement is to replace custom doors on refrigerators & freezers currently within the facility. The contract shall include all travel, labor, material, and parts required for door replacement of the failing units. This award is for services the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR clause 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies of services will satisfy agency requirements. A firm-fixed priced contract for one time replacement & installation is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that Gill Marketing is the only authorized representative of TriMark to possess the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with this source only. This is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
