- Notice of Intent in Richmond VA U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Richmond Delineated Area: GO south on Route 288 (World War II Veterans Memorial Highway) and continue on Route 288. Head north on 95. Head West along the James river until you reach Route 288. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,300 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 18 Parking Spaces (Surface): 18 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 2 Option Term: N/A Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease. The Government will consider alternate locations if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The impact on the agency's mission will also be assessed. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any cost incurred as a result of this advertisement. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 6/12/2018. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Delete for procurement summary page. do not use for full and open procurements. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be supportable. Consideration of "non-productive agency downtime" in a CBA should be rare.
