- Everyone entering onto the military base will need a valid driver ™s license and the vehicle registration. Everyone will have their records looked into and will not be allowed on the base with a criminal background or warrant. It will take a while for the Gate Guards to look this information up, therefore it is suggested to have an arrival time for these site visits by 10 a.m. As far as the Vineyard... Everyone will be escorted into the Air Traffic Control Tower, there all potential contractors can meet us in the Main Terminal in front of the Cape Air Desk. Amendment 0002 was created to attached Questions and Answers #00001 and #0002. and to provide dates and times for site visits at both sites. The time and dates are spelled out on the amendment form #00002. Amendment #0001 was created to provide revised specifications for both the OTIS AFB in Falmouth, MA and the Martha's Vineyard Airport. Please fill out section (8), and section 15 (a,b and c) and return the amendment form with proposal package on 6/15/2018. ***For a site visit please e-mail me by Tuesday, May 29th at Kristen.ctr.Moran@faa.gov and arrangements can be made. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supplies to provide janitorial services at the Otis AFB in Falmouth, MA (FAA, Bldg 130, Otis ANGB, MA 02542) and to provide janitorial services at the Martha's Vineyard Airport in Martha's Vineyard (71 Airport Road, W. Tisbury, MA 02568). The request for Offer (RFO), includes, Specifications and Wage Rates and are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional.
