- Question was asked at the site visit about pricing the amount of Solution needed to Perform Solution Correction including adding Lithium Molybdate and Octyl Alcohol to each Chiller. Response to Question: The testing of the Solution shall be included the price for all the repair work. CLIN 0001 $___________ Price for all the repair work (except for correcting solution) The pricing for the amount (gallons) of Solution needed will be an option CLIN/price with stepladder pricing as follows: CLIN 0002 Lithium Molybdate and Octyl Alcohol - Priced per gallon $_______ per gallon for 1 - 10 gallons $_______ per gallon for 11 - 25 gallons $_______ per gallon for 26 - 50 gallons $_______ per gallon for 51 - 75 gallons $_______ per gallon for 76 - 100 gallons $_______ per gallon for 101 - 150 gallons $_______ per gallon for 151 - 200 gallons $_______ per gallon for 201 - 250 gallons $_______ per gallon for 251 - 300 gallons $_______ per gallon for over 300 gallons The amount (gallons) of Solution needed for both Chillers will be added for a total amount needed. For price evaluation of the option, the price of for 201 - 250 gallons will be used and multiplied by 250. This total and the price for all the repair work will added together for total evaluation price. FAR Clause 52.217-9 "Option to Extend the Term of the Contract" is added to the Clause list. The responses shall contain: 1. Bid Schedule CLIN 0001 $________ CLIN 0002 (priced below) Lithium Molybdate and Octyl Alcohol - Priced per gallon $_______ per gallon for 1 - 10 gallons $_______ per gallon for 11 - 25 gallons $_______ per gallon for 26 - 50 gallons $_______ per gallon for 51 - 75 gallons $_______ per gallon for 76 - 100 gallons $_______ per gallon for 101 - 150 gallons $_______ per gallon for 151 - 200 gallons $_______ per gallon for 201 - 250 gallons $_______ per gallon for 251 - 300 gallons $_______ per gallon for over 300 gallons 2. Technical Information shall describe past experience performing similar work on Absorption Chillers. 3. Copies of appropriate licenses and certificates as it relates to repairing of Absorption Chillers. 4. FAR 52.212-3 Alt I -- Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. 5.
