Description

The requirement is sole source to Insight Public Sector. Insight is the only known company that could procure ALL of the HW/SW with Top Secret cleared personnel to build the system at their facility then transport it to NAVAIR and obtain special access to the Top Secret Facility. Insight has a current DD254 with NAVAIR and cleared personnel at the Top Secret level to do the work. This requirement is urgent! No company other than Insight will be considered. Solicitation N0042118Q0427 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Insight Public Sector under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. The requirement is sole source to Insight Public Sector. Insight is the only known company that could procure ALL of the HW/SW with Top Secret cleared personnel to build the system at their facility then transport it to NAVAIR and obtain special access to the Top Secret Facility. Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
