- List of 31 NSNs for add-on In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, this is a synopsis to publicize that DLA Land at Aberdeen intends to issue a modification for contract SPRBL1-18-D-0008, a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract, to add 31 repair kits for the Drivers Vision Enhancer (DVE) Systems. This action will increase the maximum contract value to $25M. Attached to this announcement is the list of the repair kit parts. The DVE is an un-cooled thermal imaging system used by personnel operating a multitude of Combat Vehicles and Tactical Wheeled Vehicle platforms. The current approved source of supply is Moog Inc., CAGE: 80175 located at 3650 Woodhead Drive, Northbrook, IL 60062-1817. The Government does not own or have access to a complete technical data package defining the manufacture and acceptance testing of these items, nor can it make it available to any organization. Only the original manufacturer, Moog Inc., has the complete technical data package. Suppliers capable of producing/supplying these items must indicate so by writing to Karlene Smith at Karlene.Smith@dla.mil. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested sources possessing the capability of meeting the requirements and conditions outlined above must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the above source or a statement from the above source demonstrating that the supplier can, supply the Army requirement. Those responding will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that they incur in developing a response to this posting. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that these items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
