- G-Community-Based Outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in Sioux City, IA The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Sex Offender Services. The contractors will provide services within a 3 mile radius of the United States Post Office, 214 Jackson St. Sioux City, IA 51101, and must be accessible to local transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one year base period to begin on October 1, 2018 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with services ending (if all options are renewed) on September 30, 2028. The services required for this contract include a Base Year and Option Years One through Nine. The following services are required and may be subcontracted to another licensed contractor. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about July 13, 2018. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement will be unrestricted.
