- Description
- SAM Entity Administrator Letter for International registrations SAM Entity Administrator Letter for Registering a Single Entity SAM Entity Administrator Letter for Registering Multiple Domestic Entities Due to alleged fraudulent activity in the System for Award Management (SAM), updates have been made to registration requirements for BOTH new entity regsitrations and entities updating or renewing their entity profiles. All new registrants to SAM, and any company that needs to update their profile, renew, or go through the process to make their registration Active (currently Inactive) will be required to submit a notarized letter confirming the entity's administraytor that is authorized to register the entity and/or update the entity's information. The notarized letters must be mailed via USPS (not emailed or faxed) to the Federal Service Desk at the following address, and must contain all of the information outlined in the template that is applicable to your company (see attachments) : Federal Service Desk ATTN: SAM.GOV Registration Processing 460 Industrial Blvd London, KY 40741-7285 This will add significant time to the process, so contractors are urged to begin renewals and any other actions to give enough time for approval, and as to not impact the opportunity for contract awards. If you are a contractor for the Rock Island District Corps of Engineers and have questions on this change, feel free to contact Beth White at elizabeth.m.white@usace.army.mil or if you have general questions and need assistance, you can find your state's Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAC/PTAP) at: www.aptac-us.org
