- DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Work includes construction and installation of lock chamber bulkhead recesses, but is not limited to, lead abatement; removal and disposal of the emergency miter gates and anchorages, concrete removal, fabrication, delivery and installation of precast concrete panels and precast concrete recess panels, installation of steel panel deadman, installation of concrete anchors, checkpost installation, installation of anchor and wall armor, concrete placement, underwater concrete placement, fabrication, testing, painting and delivery of stay-in-place cofferdams, bulkhead installation and removal; sill concrete placement, and electrical work. NAICS Code: 237990 Completion Days: 445 Consecutive Calendar Days Estimated Range: $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00 Unrestricted Best Value with Trade-Off Site Inspection: Arrangements and POC information for the Site Inspection will be included in the solicitation. It is anticipated that the plans and specifications for this project will be available on www.fbo.gov on or about 19 June 2018. Any contractor wanting the plans and specifications must download them from this website.
