A Standard Form (SF) 330, is not requested and no contract will be awarded as a result of the issuance of this Draft Synopsis. Potential qualified Offerors are invited to comment on all aspects of the Draft Synopsis. Only those comments/questions submitted in writing via email, to the Contracting Officer, Adrianne Ragan at the following email address: adrianne.peyton.ragan@nasa.gov, cc Beth L. Bradley at beth.l.bradley@nasa.gov on or before 4:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT), Monday, June 11, 2018 will be considered by the Government when refining the Draft Synopsis. Answers to questions in relation to the draft synopsis are not guaranteed. A synopsis does not exists; therefore do not request a copy of the synopsis. If a synopsis is released, it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of potential Offerors to monitor this site for the release of additional information pertaining to this Draft Synopsis. The anticipated release date of the final Synopsis is on or about July 13, 2018 with an anticipated submittal due date on or about August 3, 2018. Past performance data will be requested to be submitted per directions of the Offeror or NLT August 3, 2018 if not stated. Offerors can also refer to the Government's Request for Information (RFI), 80SSC018L0003, posted on November 13, 2017. Please see the attachments for the detailed Draft Synopsis and associated Draft Statements of Work.
