- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, dated January 19, 2017. Solicitation 36C26218Q0701 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued under as a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 334510 and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard 1250 Employees in accordance with FAR Part 8 Federal Supply Schedule. The Government is seeking a contract to acquire Medical Positioning VasScan Table X, Sonography imaging table that at a minimum meets the following salient characteristics with a brand name or equal product for the VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS). VAS SCAN TABLE X, SONOGRAPHY IMAGING TABLE VasScan X, H-F-T Product ID - 084 3 X Line SPB Base Product ID 1000 3 Power Functionality X Line 3 Function Foot Product ID - 15543 3 Control Upgrade Kit X Line Handrail Kit Product ID - 15433 3 SALIENT CHARTERISTICS This Sonography imaging table must have: Side rails on both sides that raise and lower and can be stored under bed when not in use and can lock, Must have a sonographer drop section that can be used as a back rest on both sides of the table, Must have a Foley bag clip, Must have an electronic hand controller, Must have a power foot control switch, Must have locking casters, Must have a base of 26, Must have a length of 48.5 Must have a surface width of 30, Must have a surface length of 80.5 Must be adjustable Must have an adjustable surface height range of 19 -38, Must have a patient weight limit of 600 pounds, Must be able to angle Fowler 0-65 degrees, and Trendelenburg +/- 15-30 degrees Must have a reusable surface that is able to be disinfected Place of Performance: VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS), 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Period of Performance: Within 30 days of placing order or sooner if available. Furthermore, Provision 52.212-2 is utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) on an Acceptable/Unacceptable evaluation process.
