- Statement of Work Sources Sought Announcement The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) seeks capability statements for approximately 1,500 live and or static web based training events a year and up to 500 participants per web based training event. Interested organizations must show experience in establishing and managing efficient, responsive, and secured systems for coordinating live and or static web based training, as well as the collection of information for proof of live and or static web based training linked to the participants (No PII). Experience must also include effective coordination with various individuals for conducting the web based training, as well as effective client relations and problem resolution skills. In response to the Statement of Work (SOW) please provide responses to the following questions. Information sent should be relevant and specific in the technical area under consideration, on each of the following qualifications: 1. Support may be needed by webinar presenters, webinar attendees, webinar registrants, or interested individuals. Describe the type of real-time support you would provide during webinars and how these functions would be staffed. 2. What sort of webinar attendance reports would you provide, what information would they include, and when would they be provided? How would reports account for individuals who join the webinar, exit, and then re-join? 3. Based on the statement of work, how should this work be executed at an agency with multiple programs implementing multiple webinars throughout the year, often concurrently? Please include any staffing recommendations. 4. Please provide the name(s) of the webinar platform or software that would be used to execute the work in Task 3? Please include system features. 5. Please propose the appropriate number of licenses CNCS requires based on the tasks and the volunteers of work? 6. Please describe your process for ensuring post webinar materials (recordings and handouts) are Section 508 compliant. Please include the software or platform used for Section 508 testing and remediation. 7. What other information should be considered? Any other specific and relevant information about this particular area of procurement that would improve our consideration and evaluation of the information presented is desirable. Interested organizations must demonstrate and document, in any capability statements submitted, extensive experience with and the ability to perform the above tasks. Organizations should demonstrate capability to administer and coordinate interrelated tasks in an effective and timely manner. Documentation may include, but not be limited to, contracts both Government and commercial the organization performed, references, i.e., names, titles, telephone numbers and any other information serving to document the organizations capability, e.g., awards, commendations, etc. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contractual agreement. This is not a request for proposals. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses under this announcement nor otherwise pay for preparing any information sent for the Government's use. Any proprietary information should be so marked. Interested organizations presenting a capability statement must provide the following: 1) company name and address; 2) point of contact, 3) phone/fax/email; 4) NAICS Codes, 5) business size and status, 6) GWAC if applicable, and 7) capability information in response to the requirement. Please submit written capability statements by June 15 to the CNCS Contract Specialist.
