- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The work consists of providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform the project entitled Visitor Center Roof Replacement, Minute Man National Historical Park, Concord, Massachusetts. The work includes installing a complete roofing system for approximately 11,000 square feet. This resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be approximately 45 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. This is currently a small business set-aside. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotations utilizing FAR Parts 13 and 15; NAICS Code 238160, Roofing Contractors ($15.0M). Site visit information will be in the posted solicitation. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about June 15, 2018 and will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.fbo.gov). This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
