THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTES FROM SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS   The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 7 Network Contracting Activity is requesting quotes from qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). With a size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. An organization that is NOT considered a SDVOSB under the applicable NAICS code should NOT submit a response to this notice. SDVOSB business concerns should be capable of delivering the Courier Services requested by the Charlie Norwood VAMC, Aiken CBOC, Aiken, SC 29803. The NAICS: 492110 POTENTIAL VENDORS SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: 1) Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address, NAICS code(s), business size (i.e., small/large) and DUNS Number. 2) Provide a Statement of Capability that demonstrates the offeror's past performance in delivering like products and equipment. Please include the following: (a) prior completed projects of similar nature; (b) corporate experience and management capability; and (c) examples of prior completed Government contracts, references, and other related information. 3) Submit Quotes NLT Monday, June 25, 2018 @ 12:00 pm. Submissions may be made via email to: donald.battle@va.gov (Attn: Donald Battle) NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MONDAY, JUNE 25, 2018 @ 12:00 PM. 4) Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response.
