Draft Scope of Work, Replace Interior Doors & Hardware Draft Scope of Work, Upgrade Interior Building, Penn Yan. NY SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: Interior Building Upgrade, Frederickson USARC, Penn Yan, NY and Replacement of Doors & Hardware, Allen AFRC, Horsehead, NY This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command- New Jersey to award a contract on the basis of this Request for Information (RFI) or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC- NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, from capable and reliable small business sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources capable of performing all requirements of the below item. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 236220, Commercial & Industrial Building Construction. The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published in the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov), on or about 20 June 2018. The solicitation will consist of a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE contract for a period of performance of: 210 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. 2. Project Scope & Location(s): Interior Building Upgrade Frederickson USARC 198 Cornwell Street, Penn Yan, NY 14527 and Replacement of Doors & Hardware for ADA Compliance Capt Alden D. Allen AFRC, 3126 Upper Lake Road Horseheads, NY 14845 SEE ATTACHED DRAFT SCOPE OF WORK FOR SPECIFIC DETAILS. (One for each location) 3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement and email to deborah.e.terrell.civ@mail.mil Submission shall be received by 11:30 AM, Eastern Standard Time, 01 June 2018 and shall not exceed five (5) one-sided, 8-1/2 x 11 pages. This notice is only for market research purposes. This Sources Sought Announcement does not constitute a request for proposal nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this sources sought notice marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the U.S. Government. No hard-copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Cover letters and extraneous materials (brochures, etc) will be considered.
