- Description
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repair on Government Owned Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) as required for the following commissaries: Anchorage, Eielson AFB, Ft Greely and Ft Wainwright. MHE consists of: Battery Chargers, Electric Pallet Jacks, Electric/Gas/Propane Forklifts, Reach and Tiers, and Order Picker/Stock Selectors. The Period of Performance is one year from date of award (base period) with two one-year option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items for PM and Time & Materials (T&M) line items for unscheduled repairs. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about May 31, 2018 with a tentative closing date of June 29, 2018. The anticipated award and effective date is Aug 23, 2018. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $7.5 million. Vendors shall be registered on System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/, to include listing NAICS 811310 le for award. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
