This is a Source Sought Notice for Market Research purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of open market vendors capable of meeting the Government ™s minimum requirements. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center is issuing this source of sought notice determine whether there are potentially open market business concerns capable of the specifications of the attached DRAFT Description of Supplies (DOS) for Medical Instrument Tracking System subscription. Draft DOS is subject to change. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation to bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential open market business concerns for market research purposes. This source of sought is issued on an unrestricted basis. NAICS Code: 511210, Software Publishers Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Description of Supplies. (DOS) It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be a Firm- Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, with a Product Service Code (PSC) of D319, IT and Telecommunications- Annual Software Maintenance Service Plans, NAICS code of 511210 with a size standard of $38.5 Million. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this sources sought notice shall not exceed five (5) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include: A cover page containing the company ™s name, address, CAGE code, DUNS number, years in business, affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners, NAICS code 511210, business size/socio-economic status, Government business point-of-contact name, phone number, and email address. Provide a statement of past and current ability to meet all DBIDS requirements for access to military sites/property/ installations. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted because there is no solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made. Responses shall be submitted via GSA by 4:00 P.M. EST, June 1, 2018. Any questions about the draft DOS must be submitted in writing to robert.s.belisle@navy.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
