The procurement is for Itamar Medical Product Code: AC21105XX WATCH-PAT200U The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339112. Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions, Inc is an authorized distributor for Itamar Medical and is registered in VETBIZ. This procurement will be made under the authority of Title 38 U.S.C. 8127 and implemented under VAAR 819.7007. IAW VAAR 819.7007(b), sole source awards to SDVOSB concerns, the Contracting Officer s determination whether to make a sole source award is a business decision wholly within the discretion of the Contracting Officer This requirement is for: Department of Veterans Affairs Seattle VA Medical Center 16660 SE Columbia Seattle WA 98108 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
