Description

Performance Work Statement The purpose of RFI is to gather information on industry's processes and procedures and to determine how industry conducts business. In addition, the Government requests industry review and comment on the attached PWS and evaluate whether the tasks listed are within the parameters of industry standards. This will allow the Government to build an acceptable Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials proposal for the subject Performance Work Statement (PWS). PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This Request for Information (RFI) notice is for informational and planning purposes only. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this posting. Additionally, this announcement in no way commits the Government to issue a solicitation. The requested information is to assist the United States Bureau of Reclamation in conducting Market Research.
