- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. This is for a market survey only; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis and no contract shall be awarded from this synopsis. The U.S. Air Force, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB), has been tasked to identify potential sources, market capabilities and market conditions for the acquisition of an electronic case reporting system, incident management, computer aided dispatch (CAD) and e-citation. All functions of systems listed in items two minimum system requirements: 1.Minimum system requirement a.System must function on iOS and been completely cloud base data system. i.iOS requirements all items listed must be part of one system with signal login point. 1.Native iOS App, Case Reporting Module Incident Management Module, Ability to take dispatch field and create standard AF Forms, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Module, Crime Analytics Module, Traffic Analytics Module, Field Interview Module, Tow Form Module, Warrant Module, STOP Report Module, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Module, Digital Evidence Management Module, Citation Module, Summons Module, Warning Module, Crash Exchange Module, Court Module, Prosecutor Module, Custom Module Development, App Updates Included, TBL Custom Keyboard, Drop Down Menus, Finger Print Authentication, Auto-Fill, Dynamic HTML Output, Driver's License Scan, FBI Codes Embedded, Photo Evidence Capture, Video Evidence Capture, Audio Evidence Capture, Scene-Draw Diagramming, Advanced Scene Diagramming, Two iOS Devices/License, Auto- Data Sync, Auto-Case Management, Map Capture, Location Services, Voice to Text, FIPS 140-2 Level Encryption, Folder Level Encryption, Strong Password Enabled, App Training Included, In-transit Encryption, Forced Password Update, Workflow Management, Multi Factor Authentication, 4.4" Printer Compatible, Air-Print Compatible, Registration PDF-417 Scan, License Magnetic Strip Reader, Plotting capable mapping on CAD. ii.Cloud Portal feat 1.Online Portal Access, FBI-CJIS Compliant, United States-Based Datacenters, Portal Updates Included, Dashboard Overview, FBI-CJIS Level Physical Security, Auto-Case Sort, Meta Data Analytics, Pre-Template Function, Search/Query Function, Sort Function, Report Approval Process, Quality Control Access, Unlimited Cloud Storage, Portal Training Included, Printable Interface, Customer Service Access, TBL Integration/API Access 2.Training Requirement a.Onsite Training i.Contractor shall provide all the necessary in-person training to all portions of system listed in section two. Contractor shall provide on-site train the trainer class. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of members of both large businesses and the Small Business Community, to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business's (EDWOSB) to compete for and execute a Firm-Fixed Price contract to perform the requirements of an electronic case reporting system, incident management, computer aided dispatch (CAD) and e-citation. All submittals received will be reviewed for informational purposes. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. The Government must determine and ensure there is adequate competition among the potential pool of interested, capable commercial companies.
