Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement NCO 16, Division II Supply Team, Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks is seeking to award an Open Market Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.106 for the Purchase of Two Hustler Super Z Hyperdrive Mowers. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 333112, Lawn and Garden Tractor Equipment Manufacturing. This is a Total Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must have active VOSB registration in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. This is a Name Brand Procurement of OEM Hustler Equipment (See Attached Brand Name Limited Sources Justification) In order to qualify for award, firms must be the OEM or provide in writing from the OEM authorization to distribute the OEM s equipment. Specifications/Characteristics: The specifications for the mower should include: Hyperdrive system and VX4 Deck Technology. Needs to have a 72 inch side discharge deck. Needs a vanguard 37 horse power big block EFI(Gasoline). Needs a foot operated deck that goes from 1 to 5.5. Needs the hyperdrive industrial Danfoss slipper piston pumps, Parker TG high torque wheel motors, 3 gal reservoir, oil cooler with 9 fan and hot oil shuttle. The vehicle needs to be upgraded to include the following parts added to the vehicle: Part number Description Qty 934968, HUSTLER 72 HD, QTY 2 932103, BACVAC CATCHER, QTY 2 789537, PNEUMATIC TIRES, QTY 2 SETS 603167, FLEX FORKS, QTY 2 SETS 113724, MULCH KITS, QTY 2 117147, LIGHT KITS, QTY 2 This RFQ closes on 11 June 2018 at NOON Central Time.
