Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing dairy products for the Grand Junction VA Medical Center at 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501. This RFI does not guarantee the issuance of an RFQ. If you can provide the dairy products outlined in the description below, please respond to this RFI with a statement of capabilities. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The VA will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. Requirements are described in the following and deliveries shall be made not less than two (2) days per week, preferably on Tuesday and Friday. If a holiday falls on one of these days, delivery on the holiday shall be made unless prior arrangements have been made with Nutrition and Food Service. All deliveries must be made after 6:00 a.m. and completion of all deliveries made by 9:00 a.m. The delivery location is 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501.
