Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing bread products for the Sheridan VA Medical Center at 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. This RFI does not guarantee the issuance of an RFQ. If you can provide the bread products outlined in the description below, please respond to this RFI with a statement of capabilities. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The VA will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. Requirements are described in the following with quantities estimated to include a one (1) year period: 830 each White Sandwich Bread 1 oz. Slice 3100 each 100% Wheat Bread Slice 700 each Texas Toast Slice 625 each Hot Dog Bun 1400 each Original Hoagie Bun 100 each Plain Hamburger Bun 275 each Potato Tea Roll 200 each Deli Rye Bread Slice 520 each Napa Valley Raisin Bread Slice 900 each Whole Wheat Bun 312 each English Muffin 312 each Assorted Bagel 260 each Seasonal Breakfast Bread Slice Please provide a response with a capability statement of your company s ability to provide all the products listed.
