Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement NCO 16, Division II Supply Team, Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks is seeking to award an Open Market Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.106 for the Purchase of Five Hustler MDV Cargo Utility Vehicles with Level Lift. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 333112, Lawn and Garden Tractor Equipment Manufacturing. This is a Total Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must have active VOSB registration in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. This is a Name Brand Procurement of OEM Hustler Equipment (See Attached Brand Name Limited Sources Justification) In order to qualify for award, firms must be the OEM or provide in writing from the OEM authorization to distribute the OEM s equipment. Specifications/Characteristics: The specifications for the vehicle should include: 4 wheel drive, automatic transmission, hydraulic dump bed, & level lift. The Hustler MDV also has a Kohler KDW 1003, 1028 CC, 23.4 horsepower, indirect injection liquid cooled diesel. The Hustler MDV also features a load capacity of 1,358lbs, cargo bed capacity of 750lbs, and a towing capacity of 1,650lbs. Also, has enclosed hard cab with heat and defrost and wiper kit and side doors with mirrors in rear and side. This vehicle also comes with a brush guard.
