- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of On-site Radiology Imaging Services at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) located in Alderson, West Virginia. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a base period from effective Date of Award through 12 months from effective Date of Award. The anticipated Date of Award is October 1, 2018. This requirement is 12-month and four Option Year. The Government anticipates requiring the following listed below: The contractor will be authorized to provide 8 (1 hour) session day scheduled per week. The sessions will be scheduled between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours of duty will be assigned by agreement of the Health Services Administrator/COR and contractor, and may be adjusted to meet the needs of the Health Services Department. A. X-ray services/Mammography services: Estimated up to 3(three), 8 (eight) hour sessions per week for a total of 24 hours each week. B. Ultrasound services: Estimated up to 2(two), 8(eight) hour session per month for a total of 16 hours per month. The solicitation will be available on or about June 8, 2018 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about Friday, June 22, 2018. All potential quoters are advised that the solicitation will include the clause at FAR 52.212-4 for Commercial Items, paragraph (t) System for Award Management (SAM). This clause requires all contractors doing business with the Federal Government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database. If your company is not registered in SAM, registration can be made at http://www.sam.gov/ Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS and Size Standard for this requirement is 621512 (Size Standard $15 million).
