Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.   This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation number 36C24818Q0824 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).   This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97, effective 01-24-2018. This RFQ is a 100 % Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business Set- Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112, size standard 1000 employees. Description of Requirement Multi-Frequency Endocavitary Transducer (11C3) Catalog Number: PVT-781VTE/FS, Manufacturer: Canon Medical Systems A list of contract line item number(s) can be found on Attachment A.   All deliveries are to be performed and accepted at the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), James A Haley Veteran s Hospital, 13000 Bruce B Downs, Tampa, FL 33612. FOB: Destination The following FAR Provisions applies to this acquisition: Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. Offerors must submit their technical and management approach that addresses all requirements pertaining to the required services. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items will not be used.
