- Solicitation Number: 36C78618Q0402 This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified SDVOSB to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to replace existing sidewalk pavers and concrete floor at Committal Shelter B, install a sidewalk to the Shelter B Honor Guard pad, and install a new asphalt access drive to Committal Shelter A, install a new Honor Guard sidewalk and install a new aluminum privacy fence for Committal Shelter A at Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton OH 45428. Awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov and registered in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ All proposals must be submitted through the Department of Veterans Affairs vendor portal website in order to be considered for award. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments.
