- The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations, Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division, intends to procure up to five (5), 100% Small business set-aside contracts for armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) at the following facilities in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia: Lot 1: 3311 Toledo Road Hyattsville, MD 6511 American Boulevard Hyattsville, MD 7401 C Forbes Boulevard, Seabrook, MD 3101 Pennsy Drive, Landover, MD 8401 Corporate Drive Landover, MD 7100 Old Landover Drive Landover, MD 6505 Belcrest Road Belcrest, MD Lot 2: 4300 River Road College Park, Rockville, MD 5830 University Research Court Rockville, MD 4700 River Road College Park Riverdale, MD 5001 Campus Drive College Park Rockville, MD Lot 3: 2 Massachusetts Avenue NE Washington, D.C. Lot 4: 6010 Executive Boulevard Rockville, MD 1101 Wootton Parkway Rockville, MD 20300 Century Boulevard Germantown, MD 315 N. Washington Street Rockville, MD 7700 Wisconsin Avenue Bethesda, MD 5 Research Place Rockville, MD 4330 East West Highway Bethesda, MD Lot 5: 5107 Leesburg Pike Falls Church, VA 1953 Gallows Road Vienna, VA 2070 Chain Bridge Road Vienna, VA 5275 Leesburg Pike Falls Church, VA 5109 Leesburg Pike Falls Church, VA 7890 Science Applications Court Vienna, VA These requirements are being solicited as commercial acquisitions in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with FAR 15. It is anticipated that single award, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contracts will be issued as a result of the solicitation. The NAICS code for the acquisitions is 561612, Security Guard and Patrol Services. The size standard for NAICS 561612 is $20.5 million. The overall period of performance will consist of five (5), twelve (12) month ordering periods with an additional six month optional ordering period pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 for each Lot. The Request for Proposals (RFP) shall require the submission of a technical and price proposal. It is anticipated that the solicitation, RFP # 70RFP218REC000002, will be released to the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about May 31, 2018. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the website for the issuance of the RFP as well as any updates to the solicitation. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) ( http://www.sam.gov ) prior to the submission of their proposals. Please note that the FedBizOpps staff is not authorized to determine the classification code for any FedBizOpps notice.
