Description

Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bath VA Medical Center is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing a NGP to Lenel Mercury Board upgrade to the current Security System at the Bath VA Medical Center. All old existing NGP boards will be removed and handed over to the VAMC for replacement stock. This contract will be limited to VAMC Bath. The C&A requirements do not apply and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. This contract will cover installation to programing. The installation must provide any and all required programming, and software to run on our current Lenel/ OnGuard system. The specific task is as follows: The Contractor will be expected to install twenty nine (29) LNL-2220 Intelligent Dual Reader Controllers, Sixty two (62) LNL-1320 Dual reader controllers, twenty two (22) LNL-1100 Input control modules, seven (7) LNL-1200 Output control modules, twelve (12) LNL-CK Command Keypads, Integrated security system installation. This installation will take place in multiple buildings at VAMC Bath. Upon completion of installation, all programming will be required to integrate the Boards/Controllers into the current Lenel/OnGuard system. All existing NGP equipment at VAMC Bath will be removed and handed over to Bath VAMC. The contractor must possess and provide a current license from Lenel along with the response. All technicians or sub-contractors/ technicians performing under this contract must possess all certifications by Lenel to install, service, maintain, and support the Bath VAMC Lenel/OnGuard Security System, and provide a copy during time of bid submissions. Remember, this is not a bid submission, quote, or proposal. Facility Addresses: Bath VA Medical Center 76 Veterans Avenue Bath, New York 14810 The Contractor gaining award shall be required to deliver and assemble the equipment, train the staff, provide a statement of warranty (minimum of one year), and a statement of service included with the purchase for preventative maintenance/service and repair. Also note that the contractor will come into contact with VA sensitive data; and shall not use, store, and/or transmit the VA sensitive data IAW Federal Regulations. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 561621.
