GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:WV CityMorgantown Delineated Area: North: Starting at the intersection of Point Marion Road and Bakers Ridge Road, west on Bakers Ridge Road; West: Bakers Ridge Road south to the intersection of West Run Road, then west on West Run Road to the intersection with Van Voorhis Road, south on Van Voorhis Road to the intersection with University Avenue and Patteson Drive, then southwest on Patteson Drive to the intersection with Monongahela Boulevard, then west on Monongahela Boulevard to the west bank of the Monongahela River, following the west bank of the Mon River to the intersection of Route 100 and Route 53, then to a point at the intersection of Scotts Run Road and Route 7, then east on Route 7 to Chaplin / Chaplin Hill Road, then south on Chaplin Road to the intersection of Sugar Grove Road, then southeast on Sugar Grove Road to the intersection of US Route 19; South: East / northeast on US Route 19 crossing the Westover Bridge to the East Bank of the Monongahela River, then South along the East Bank of the Mon River ¾ Mile, then East to Don Knotts Boulevard; then North on Don Knotts Boulevard to Deckers Creek Trail. East: Approximately.55 Miles along Decker Creek Trail, then North to Baird Street to Locust Avenue, then North West on Richwood Ave to North Wiles Street (US 119) to Fife Avenue, then West on Fife Avenue, then South on North High Street to Maiden Lane; then North West on Maiden Lane to College Avenue; then South on College Avenue to University Avenue. North on University Avenue to Stewart Street, then north on Stewart Street to the intersection with Stewartstown Road, then north on Stewartstown Road (or Route 119) to Point Marion Road then to the intersection of Bakers Ridge Road.
