Description

J&A redacted Limited Source Justification. The Army National Guard Operations and Training Office (ARNG-G3) has a firm fixed price direct award for G3 Professional Services, Contract No. W9133L-18-C-0010, withThe Millennium Group, LLC. The G3 Professional Services contract impacts all areas of the ARNG Enterprise. The G-3 provides counsel and oversight for the Command Group and the ARNG Divisions on planning, policy and implementation of ARNG programs for the Soldiers and units of the 50 US States, the District of Columbia and the US Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. This effort is to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Business Operations Support which spans five different offices: the Army National Guard (ARNG) Operation Directorate, Human Resources (Personnel) Division (ARNG-G1), and Strategic Plans and Policy (G-5). The ARNG Operations Directorate includes the Operations Division (OD), Resource Policy (RP) and Resource Integration (RI). This contract was executed in accordance with the authority at FAR 8.405-6(a)(2)(iii)(B), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.
