Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training System Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL, for PMS-339 is seeking information from potential sources regarding a requirement to support training requirement development, create and modernize surface mission area curricula delivered as instructor lead training (ILT) as well as Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) for Combat Systems (Levels 1 to 4); and Instructor Lead Training (Levels 1 “ 4) for the following training areas: Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM and E); Firefighting and Damage Control, Navigation, Seamanship and Shiphandling, Deck, and Amphibious Warfare training for the following customers: PMS-339, Surface Warfare Officers School (SWOS), and various Surface Navy Organizations. This is a sources sought to determine the technical and industry capability to provide the required products and services and replaces a previous Sources Sought publicized on 21 July 2017 with number N61340-16-R-1192 (later replaced with N61340-17-R-0033). The results of this sources sought technical description will also be utilized to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, HUBZone Small Business concerns; Certified 8(a) Small Business concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns, Woman-Owned Small Business concerns) to provide the required products and/or services; and therefore the results will be utilized to determine the Government ™s acquisition strategy.
