Description

This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is for electric stretchers and their components for the VA San Diego Healthcare System. This is a Brand Name Only acquisition. This solicitation is competed as a Small Business Set-Aside; however, in accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, and VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business Evaluation Factors, offers from SDVOSB and VOSB contractors will be given special consideration. This is an FBO Destination procurement. All shipping costs must be included into the line items. All questions must be emailed to jami.cade@va.gov by 0900 PST on Tuesday, May 29th, 2018 to allow time for a response. All offers must be emailed on company letterhead, or using the SF1449 below, to jami.cade@va.gov by 0900 PST on Wednesday, May 30th, 2018. No late offers will be accepted.
