- Solicitation package for Vietnam Mission-wide Travel Management Service The U.S. Embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam has a requirement for Travel Management Service. The Contractor shall provide on-site services to the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi and the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for domestic and international air travel and ticketing transactions. Government shall pay the Contractor a transaction fee based on a fixed rate per transaction. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 19VM3018Q0027 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. Items to be acquired: Travel Management Service as per described in attached Solicitation: Section 1 - The Schedule. Deliver F.O.B. destination to U.S. Embassy Hanoi, 7 Lang Ha, Hanoi, Vietnam no later than 3 years after contract award. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. The following FAR clauses in paragraph (b) of FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (https://www.acquisition.gov/far/current/html/52_212_213.html#wp1179527 - include in full text), will apply to the resultant contract: All offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with their offer. All offerors must be registered in the SAM data base, see https://www.sam.gov, to include the completion of Representations and Certifications. All parties must obtain amendments to the solicitation (if available) through the FedBizOpps website. Hard copies will not be mailed. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the procedures specified in the solicitation. The solicitation package, amendments, and site visit minutes will be issued by way of FedBizOpps website only. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be received in writing. It is the responsibility of the contractor to frequently check the web site for all notices, amendments, etc. regarding this solicitation. Offers are due by 15h00 on June 29, 2018 local time.
