All Terrain Crane Service Life Extension Program - Performance Specifications All Terrain Crane Service Life Extension Program - Spare Parts List All Terrain Crane Service Life Extension Program - Draft Contract Section B All Terrain Crane Service Life Extension Program - Statement of Work General Information Document Type Draft RFP Request for Information Number M67854-18-R-5015 Posted Date Response Date 08 June 2018 NAICS Code 811319 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance THIS DOCUMENT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO INDUSTRY Description The DRAFT Section B of the contract, DRAFT Statement of Work and DRAFT Performance Specifications are attached to this notice for the conduct of a service life extension program (SLEP) on The Marine Corps All Terrain Crane (ATC) MAC 50. THIS IS ONLY A DRAFT FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES. NO PROPOSAL IS REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. The Program Manager, Engineer Systems (PM ES), Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) will, within the next 6 months, post the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the ATC SLEP. The ATC is a rubber tired, hydraulic boom crane capable of lifting and swinging 100,000 pounds. The ATC provides high speed, all terrain capability to lift extremely heavy loads, with high reliability, availability and maintainability. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to restore each ATC back to like new condition and make improvements that meet the requirements that will be listed within the upcoming RFP. The Marine Corps requirement for ATC SLEP is estimated to be 145 pieces of equipment (ATCs). The RFP is expected to be released in 4th Quarter Fiscal Year 2018. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), 60 month period of performance (five, 12-month ordering periods).
