Description
Las Vegas Delineated Area Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Nevada City: Las Vegas Delineated Area: North: N Jones Boulevard to W Craig Road to E Craig Road to Losee Road South: West on West Owens Avenue to Vegas Road to N Jones Boulevard East: South on Losee Road to W Lake Mead Road. West on W Lake Mead Road to D Street. South on D Street to West Owens Avenue West: North on N Jones Boulevard to N Rancho Drive to N Jones Boulevard to W Craig Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,370 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,370 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 3 spaces Full Term: 240 months Firm Term: 120 months Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be located in contiguous warehouse space. Offered space must be in a single-story building with easy access to major streets and highways. The space shall have at least one restroom and will require access 24 hours, seven days a week. The site shall have appropriate electrical, data and phone lines required to support efficient operations. The site shall have a secured fence area to store trailers and vehicles. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Interested Respondents should include Building Owners, or if a Broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement/Representation Letter/ or Listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the building by the Building Owner, in your expression of interest.
