- SOW Wage Determination Please reference the attached SOW. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government per FAR 15.101-Best Value Continuum. Proposals wil be evaluated by the following factors of equal consideration 1) Price 2) 1-page technical approach 3) Past performance (see FAR 15.305(a)(2), please provide details of three (3) projects of similiar scope and magnitude along with Points of Contact (POC) for each project. There will be a mandatory site visit to be held on: Thursday May 24,2018 at 10:00 AM at the Federal Regional Center, 63 Old Marlboro Road Maynard, MA 01754. Only quotes received from vendors attending the site visit will be considered. All questions regarding the solicitation will be due by Tuesday May 29,2018 4:00 PM, please email all questions to Christopher.kelly@fema.dhs.gov. The following information will be required to attend the site visit: Company name, email, phone number, and names of attendees. This information shall be sent to Christopher.kelly@fema.dhs.gov prior to visit. Every individual attending must have a valid license, or government-issued ID. Applicable Wage Determination: MA180001 dated 04/06/2018 applicable for Middlesex County.
