An updated draft Solicitation, draft PWS dated 22 May 2018 and attachments are also provided. The Government is not requesting additional questions or comments at this time. The updated acquisition milestones are also provided under this notice. The following documents have been uploaded to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO): 1. WSOTS II_Draft Solicitation_Q&As_22May2018 2. WSOTS II_Draft Solicitation_22May2018 3. WSOTS II_Draft PWS_22May2018 & Attachments (Attachments 1 through 3 and 5 through 9, listed in Section J of the solicitation) Only updated DRAFT documents are being provided. A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Responses from the draft solicitation were used for market research purposes to assist the Government with determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. Any information provided by industry to the Government is strictly voluntary. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect cost or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submitted information or the Government's use of such information. Milestones: The below dates are anticipated acquisition milestones. These dates are subject to change and should NOT be construed as a commitment by the Government: 1. Final Solicitation release anticipated early to mid-June 2018 2. Proposals due 30 days after issuance of the final Solicitation If/when final solicitation is issued, it is the vendor's responsibility to ensure understanding of the terms and conditions as identified in the final solicitation. Additional information, as it becomes available, will be posted to FBO as an amendment to this announcement. It is the responsibility of interested parties to review FBO frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents.
