Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 140P5218Q0028 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 / 01-24-2018. This acquisition is not set-aside and available for Full and Open Competition. NAICS Code;562111 SB Size Std: $38.5 All quotations or offers shall be considered. Award will be made based upon price and price related factors (e.g. Price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns pursuant to FAR 19.1307 and clause at 52.219-4). Active SAM registration required for award. Submit quotes via FedConnect or email: andre_ward@nps.gov on or before closing date of May 29, 2018 at 11 AM ET. GUIS - FY18 FL TRASH COLLECTION at designated locations: PERDIDO KEY, FORT BARRANCAS, NAVAL LIVE OAKS HEADQUARTERS, NAVAL LIVE OAKS COMPOUND, SANTA ROSA, and FORT PICKENS AREA within Gulf Islands National Seashore in Northwest Florida. This SOW calls for two (2) 8 cubic yard container and two (2) six cubic yard container SERVICE one (1) time per week (Monday); and fourteen (14) 8-cubic yard containers SERVICE two (2) times per week (Mondays and Thursday). Refer to the SF-1449 solicitation form and associated attachments (SOW and DOL WD) for a Description of requirements, locations and applicable provisions and clauses.
